Return and Exchange Policy
A full refund is available if all the following conditions are met:
1: The size is found to be inappropriate within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
2: The goods are not used and have no traces of use, odor, or stains.
3: The goods need to be mailed back to our company's warehouse.
*Freight matters: If the size problem of the goods is caused by the customer, the customer shall bear the freight. If it is our operation error that caused the customer to receive the goods that are not in conformity with his order, then the freight will be borne by our kkcosplay in full.
A: The goods are missing or damaged during transportation:
We will communicate with the carrier. If it is confirmed that the customer's goods are missing or damaged due to transportation, we will prepare a full refund for you or resend your goods.
B: Customized product size problem:
If there is a size problem with customized products, we will re-make it according to your size for you. *If the size problem is due to incorrect information that you given us, then you need to bear the cost of re-production and the shipping cost. *If our operation error caused you to receive an incorrect size product, we will bear the shipping and re-production costs.
C: Cancel order:
*You can contact us to cancel the order within 48 hours after you place the order. You will get a full refund.
*If you need to cancel the order more than 48 hours after you place the order, we will charge 30% price of your order as the material and labor costs.
